missingWrote a review on Nov 18check-in confusion
Check-in presented some hiccups, as information about parking and reservations wasn’t clear ahead of time, especially concerning the pay & display parking across the street. The bath lacked a mixer tap for hair washing and grab rails for easier access, which could be a concern for some guests. At night, the outside electrical noise interrupted sleep, making it hard to fully enjoy the otherwise tranquil setting. Breakfast could also be unsteady, with limited options available, and delays were frequent during busy times.

missingWrote a review on Jul 01cozy roomabundance hot waterquiet locationunwelcoming receptionlack of informationbreakfast chaos
The room had a cozy feel with a lovely terrace outside. The bed felt ultra-comfortable, perfect for a restful night. I appreciated the abundance of hot water in the bathroom despite it only having a bath. the arrival experience left much to be desired. I felt completely ignored during check-in, which dampened our spirits after a long journey. No one provided information about breakfast or Wi-Fi, which was frustrating. Breakfast itself turned out to be a bit chaotic, with nothing laid out properly. The location suited us well since it was quiet, but the attention to detail and service needs improvement. the Jolly Sailor has a lot of charm but could benefit from better management and a more welcoming atmosphere.
